What the job is
This job is in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will help the sales team with paperwork and customer questions. Your work will make sure sales run smoothly and customers get good service.

What you will do
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, and orders.
- Prepare and send quotes to customers quickly, usually within 2 hours.
- Put customer details and quotes into the company’s computer system.
- Handle sales orders and make sure products are sent to customers.
- Deal with customer complaints and pass them to the right person if needed.
- Keep track of quotes and orders in the system.
- Work with sales teams, vendors, and resellers to finish deals.
- Give updates to sales teams and resellers about quotes and orders.
- Update quote templates and keep brand information organized.
- Attend training to learn about products and processes.
- Help with general office tasks when needed.

What you need
- Matric certificate.
- A business qualification is helpful but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or office work, especially in IT.
- Good at handling many quotes at once.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Friendly and good at solving problems.
- Must work in the office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Reliable transport to get to the office.
