Send personal messages to people on LinkedIn. Manage email campaigns to reach out to potential customers. Make cold calls as part of your sales plan. Follow up quickly with people who show interest. Schedule meetings for the sales team. Keep track of all your sales activities in a system. Update records of customer interactions. Work with marketing and sales teams to build good relationships. Write personal messages instead of generic ones. Understand what customers need and talk to them about it. Represent the company well in all communications.

What you need 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales job, like Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative.
