What the job is
MCE Electric in Pretoria, Gauteng is looking for a friendly and hardworking sales assistant to join their team. This is a full-time job where you will help customers and sell products over the phone and email.

What you will do
Answer calls and emails from customers. Follow up on sales leads. Understand what customers need and suggest products that fit. Send quotes and process orders. Keep records of customer talks and sales. Work with other teams to make sure orders go smoothly. Learn about the company’s products and share this with customers.

What you need
You must have finished high school (Matric). At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the electrical industry. Good communication skills in speaking and writing. Ability to handle many tasks at once and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and experience with sales software is a plus.
