What the job is
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Creative Manager to join MCE Electric in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will lead our marketing team and create digital content to promote our electrical and lighting products. What you will do
- Lead a team of designers, web developers, and content creators.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to grow our brand and sales.
- Manage our website, social media, and online ads.
- Create and update product catalogues, photos, and videos.
- Work with other teams like sales and technical to launch new products.
- Make sure all marketing materials look professional and match our brand.
- Track how well campaigns are doing and suggest improvements.
- Organise events and trade shows.
- Train and support your team to help them grow.
- Manage the marketing budget to get the best results.

What you need
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience managing a team and projects.
- Good communication and writing skills.
