Responsibilities include merchandising (ensuring products are neatly displayed and promotions are eye-catching) and assisting customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

What you need: A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A positive attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility are required. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work well as part of a team is crucial. Passion for sales, customer service, and merchandising is a plus. Commitment to completing the full 12-month internship program on a full-time basis, including working during the December festive season, is mandatory.
