This job is for a Revenue Clerk at Fidelity Services Group, based in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work at the Regional Office in Cape Town and report directly to the Billing Manager. The main goal of this role is to ensure all revenue records for the company’s branches are accurate and properly managed. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, emails, and memos to load and update revenue information for new and existing contracts on time, making changes to contracts, generating and distributing posting sheets, and ensuring monthly invoices and credit entries are loaded accurately. You will also prepare weekly and month-end reports, communicate with branches to resolve billing issues, and assist the Revenue Supervisor as needed.
