Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Site Supervisor to work in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a permanent position in the security industry, specifically within Fidelity Security Services. Your main job will be to ensure all security contracts are followed properly and that the client’s needs are met in a professional way every day.

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee security operations at different sites, ensuring all shifts are covered without gaps. You will maintain discipline among security staff and ensure all terms of the security contract are met. You will handle serious incidents, investigate them, and manage responses, working closely with the Area Manager to report incidents and solve problems. You will also prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports about incidents and general site activities.

You will act as a bridge between Fidelity Security Services and the client, ensuring positive and professional communication to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.

To qualify for this job, you need at least a Matric certificate (Grade 12 or Standard 10) and three years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in security or a similar field. Registration with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) at Grade A is required. Experience in CCTV investigations, stock control, and managing rosters is important. You must have management experience, as you will lead a team of security guards, and a clean criminal record.
