This job is for a Revenue Clerk at Fidelity Services Group, based in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work at the Regional Office in Cape Town and report to the Billing Manager. The main goal of this role is to ensure all revenue records for the company’s branches are accurate and properly managed. Key responsibilities include receiving instructions through sales orders, memos, and emails to load and update revenue information for new and existing contracts, managing contract changes, generating and distributing posting sheets, and ensuring accurate monthly invoices and credits. You will also resolve posting sheet issues, prepare weekly and month-end reports, and communicate with branches to address billing problems. Occasionally, you may assist the Revenue Supervisor with additional tasks.
