Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Regional Training Manager to lead and manage all training programs for their security operations across the region. Based in Pretoria, Gauteng, this role requires experience in security training to ensure security staff are well-prepared and compliant with regulations. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs, conducting training needs assessments, delivering training sessions, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate must have a Matric certificate, PSIRA registration (Grade A preferred), relevant training qualifications, and 5-8 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 3 years in training or management. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
