Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and overseeing training programs, conducting training needs assessments, delivering training sessions, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate must have a Matric certificate, PSIRA registration (Grade A preferred), relevant training qualifications, and 5-8 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 3 years in training or management. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
