Responsibilities include handling the full recruitment process, working with multiple teams, building candidate databases, using tools like LinkedIn, tracking hiring progress, maintaining records, and reducing reliance on external agencies. Requirements: experience in recruitment, strong ability to use recruitment tools, good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving attitude, and a Matric certificate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
