This role involves supporting GrowthArch's internship placement program across Gauteng. The Provincial Project Coordinator will be the main point of contact for interns, TVET colleges, and host employers, ensuring smooth placements and monitoring progress. Responsibilities include collecting intern candidate lists, verifying documents, matching interns with employers, coordinating onboarding, conducting regular workplace visits, resolving issues, maintaining records, and reporting progress. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma or degree in HR, Education, Project Management, or related fields, 2-3 years of experience in internship coordination, and a valid SA driver's license. Fluency in another Gauteng language is advantageous. The role is a 12-month contract with on-site travel required.
