This job is for a Project Coordinator at GrowthArch, a company focused on professional coaching and training. You will be based in Cape Town, Western Cape, and work under a contract arrangement. Your main role is to help manage and support an internship program by connecting TVET college students with host employers, monitoring their progress, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with TVET colleges to collect intern lists and verify qualifications and documentation.
- Match interns with host employers and ensure signed agreements before internship starts.
- Regularly visit employers to monitor interns' attendance, behavior, and progress.
- Review logbooks and address issues with interns or escalate to the Project Manager.
- Maintain detailed records and submit weekly reports to the Project Manager.
- Serve as the main point of contact for colleges, employers, and interns.

Requirements:
- National Diploma or degree in HRM, Education and Training, Project Management, or related field.
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher).
- 2-3 years of experience in coordinating internships or similar programs.
- Experience with workplace monitoring and logbook reviews.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
