This Programme Executive role is with Araxi Group’s Dariel division, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and successful delivery. Responsibilities include managing resources, budgets, and teams to meet business goals while driving efficiency and growth. Key tasks involve planning, organizing, negotiating, staffing, directing, and controlling project activities to meet objectives. You will model and communicate capacity needs, manage branch budgets, participate in strategy planning, and assess commercial relevance using industry benchmarks. The role also includes fostering a culture of improvement, managing performance reports, contributing to recruitment, and monitoring Employment Equity (EE) and Transformation Plan compliance.
