What you will do - Help the organisation reach its goals by managing programmes and projects. - Plan, run, and check if programmes are working well. - Make sure everything runs smoothly and improve how things are done. - Work with government, schools, NGOs, and other partners to build strong relationships. - Manage budgets, money, and follow rules to keep everything legal. - Lead a team, help them grow, and create a good work environment. - Write reports for the organisation’s leaders and board. - Work with sponsors and donors to get support for projects. - Create ways to measure if programmes are making a difference. - Build a network of people who have benefited from the organisation’s programmes.

What you need - A Master’s degree in Business, Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field. - At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role. - Experience managing big programmes or projects. - Good at working with people and building relationships. - Knowledge of money management, rules, and how to follow them. - Experience in NGOs, government, or education is a plus. - Understanding of community development, education, or youth programmes. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Good at talking and writing clearly. - Passionate about helping communities and making a difference.
