What the job is
This is a full-time job in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. You will work as an Operations Commercial Manager for a big company that makes fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The job is based in Westville. You will help the company manage costs, improve profits, and support the finance team.

What you will do
- Work with teams to set and update product costs every three months.
- Check if the company is making enough profit by comparing actual costs to planned costs.
- Use SAP software to track costs and find ways to improve how things work.
- Give advice to teams on how to save money and work better.
- Lead a team of accountants, help them grow, and make sure everyone follows company rules.

What you need
- A degree in finance or accounting. Being a CA(SA) or CIMA is a big plus.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in finance, especially in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience using SAP software.
- Good at leading teams and working with different departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
