A printing company based in Sandton, Johannesburg, is looking for a responsible and dependable Night Shift Manager. This role is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions, and keep everything running smoothly during the night shift. You don’t need prior printing experience, but you should have a practical mindset, good common sense, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

As the Night Shift Manager, your main job will be to oversee all nighttime operations to ensure everything runs without problems. You will check that work is done on time and meets required standards, monitor team performance, and handle issues calmly. You must follow all company rules, safety guidelines, and production standards, and report any problems to daytime management.

To succeed, you need to be a strong leader with good common sense, practical judgment, and the ability to think clearly under pressure. You must be fair but firm, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong personal values, honesty, and a good work ethic are essential. Experience in supervising or managing a team is advantageous.

The salary is negotiable and includes a night shift allowance. Shifts run from Thursday to Sunday, 6 PM to 6 AM. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth in a stable environment.
