As the Night Shift Manager, your main job will be to oversee all nighttime operations to ensure everything runs without problems. You will check that work is done on time and meets required standards, monitor team performance, and handle issues calmly. You must follow all company rules, safety guidelines, and production standards, and report any problems to daytime management.
