What the job is

What you will do

You will plan and carry out sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets for new business sales and gross profit. Your duties will include marketing the company’s products, finding solutions to meet client needs, and aggressively expanding the customer base for folding carton packaging, blister cards, and package inserts. You will also handle new business calls, client queries, and related administrative tasks.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and a marketing degree or diploma. At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with a focus on new business development in the printing or packaging industries. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales growth in new business over the last five years, preferably in the target markets. Fluency in English and an indigenous language is essential, along with a good understanding of ERP systems. You must be results-driven, able to work under strict deadlines, and have high standards of accuracy and quality. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license with your own reliable vehicle are also required.
