Requirements: Grade 12, National Certificate in Occupationally Directed Education (Level 5), Conducting Outcome-Based Assessments (Level 5), Metallurgy Skills Programme certification, and 3+ years of metallurgy/plant operations experience with 2+ years as a trainer.
