Managed People Solutions is hiring a Merchandiser to work in retail stores across the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape. This role involves keeping store shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing while ensuring products meet company standards. You will travel between different stores to help maintain a professional and customer-friendly shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, store managers, and shoppers
- Count stock to determine replenishment needs
- Organize products neatly and check item conditions
- Ensure correct pricing and cleanliness of shelves
- Follow a set schedule for store visits
- Set up displays, check stock levels, and report issues
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems
- Track sales data and competitor activities
- Maintain company equipment (vehicle, laptop, handheld devices)
- Suggest improvements for store layouts

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Minimum 12 months experience in merchandising (preferably in FMCG or wine/spirits industry)
- Basic understanding of spirits
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work in Southern Suburbs, Western Cape
- Energetic and vibrant personality
