Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily maintenance tasks (repairs, electrical work, painting, plumbing, carpentry). - Ensure cleanliness and functionality of floors, bathrooms, and toilets. - Inspect and test emergency lighting, power supplies, and replace broken lights. - Follow safety protocols and OHS standards. - Conduct daily building inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans. - Manage maintenance tools and equipment.

Requirements: - Grade 12 certificate (technical matric/qualification preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in repairs or building maintenance. - Valid Code 8 driver’s license. - Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 is advantageous. - Ability to work under pressure, independently, and with good customer service skills.
