This job is for a Maintenance Coordinator based in Roodepoort, Gauteng. You will work for BCE FoodService Equipment, part of the hospitality industry. The role involves maintaining buildings and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily maintenance tasks (repairs, electrical work, painting, plumbing, carpentry).
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of floors, bathrooms, and toilets.
- Inspect and test emergency lighting, power supplies, and replace broken lights.
- Follow safety protocols and OHS standards.
- Conduct daily building inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.
- Manage maintenance tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (technical matric/qualification preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in repairs or building maintenance.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and with good customer service skills.
