We are opening a new Pedros store in Polokwane, Limpopo. This is a chance to join a growing team and help build a great restaurant from the start. We need a motivated person to manage daily operations and lead the staff. Responsibilities include running the restaurant and takeaway operations, ensuring food quality and company standards are met, managing stock, orders, and purchases, handling customer complaints, meeting sales and profit goals, managing staff schedules, and following health and safety rules. Requirements: at least 1 year of experience in restaurants or fast food, good management and organizational skills, strong customer service and communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
