Managed People Solutions is offering an internship opportunity for Junior Merchandisers in Sasolburg, Free State. This program is designed for young, unemployed TVET students who have completed their N6 Certificate and are looking to gain practical work experience to qualify for their N6 Diploma. The internship is part of an 18-month workplace experience program, providing hands-on training and industry knowledge in the wine and spirits sector.

As a Junior Merchandiser, your main tasks will include checking and managing stock on shelves, determining which products need merchandising, ensuring stock levels are correct, verifying product quality, checking price tags, and displaying items according to the merchandising schedule. You will also handle customer complaints, answer product-related questions, maintain detailed records, and report out-of-stock items to your Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements: Must be under 28 years old, have completed an N6 TVET Certificate in Management Assistant, Business Management, or Marketing Management, and have no prior work experience required. Strong interest in retail, merchandising, or sales is beneficial.
