This is an opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser Intern to join the team at Managed People Solutions in Khayelitsha, Western Cape. The role is perfect for someone who wants to start or grow their career in the exciting world of liquor and retail. You will work in a busy retail environment, helping to make stores look attractive and ensuring products are displayed well.

As a Junior Merchandiser Intern, your main job will be to help keep stores stocked and looking their best. You will check which products need to be displayed and make sure the right stock is always available. You will also inspect products to ensure they are in good condition, correctly priced, and placed according to company rules. Another important part of your job is to listen to customer feedback and report any issues or requests to the team. You will keep records of what you do, watch for products that are running low, and stay updated on new promotions. You will also visit stores as part of your schedule and let the Regional Sales Manager know if any products are missing from the shelves.

To apply for this internship, you must be under 28 years old and currently unemployed. You should not have done a similar internship before. You need to have completed your N6 qualification in either Marketing Management or Business Management. The role requires someone who is energetic, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Since this is a hands-on job, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making sure everything looks neat and organized.

You will earn a monthly stipend of R3,500 for this 18-month internship, which is part of the TVET N6 program. You will work 9 hours a day, including a lunch break.
