What you will do

You will provide hands-on technical support, both remotely and on-site. This includes fixing computer hardware and software problems, setting up and maintaining UniFi/Ubiquiti networking equipment like access points and switches, and supporting Windows 11 workstations and Windows Server environments. You will also manage Microsoft 365 tasks such as user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. Additional duties include handling networking tasks like IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting wireless connectivity. You will log and resolve support tickets, assist with installations and cabling, and ensure proactive maintenance and backups. Clear communication with clients, both in person and remotely, is essential.

What you need

You must have strong practical experience in computer troubleshooting, networking, and Windows environments. Hands-on experience with UniFi/Ubiquiti hardware and Microsoft 365 administration is required. Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred. You need a valid driver’s license and reliable transport for on-site work. Good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to solve problems independently or in a team are important. Knowledge of Afrikaans and English is advantageous.
