What you need: To qualify, you must have completed a degree or diploma at NQF Level 6 or 7 in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology. Strong people management skills, motivation, and self-drive are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience in HR is not mandatory, but a strong interest in the field is important.
