HR Intern

This is an HR Intern position with Badger Holdings, based in Springs, Gauteng. The role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in human resources. Responsibilities include supporting daily HR operations, recruitment processes, employee administration, and onboarding. You will assist with tasks such as creating employment contracts, updating HR systems, managing recruitment paperwork, and handling labor relations matters. The role also involves working with the DEEL HR management system and drafting UIF documents. Qualifications include a national diploma or degree in HR, business management, or a related field, South African citizenship, and being unemployed between the ages of 18 and 30. Strong communication, computer literacy, and confidentiality are essential.
