This job is for a Data Capturer at Right To Care, a healthcare organization working in the Ehlanzeni region of Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for entering and managing important health information related to HIV patients. The role is a contract position, meaning it is temporary and not permanent.

What you will do:
- Enter all necessary details of HIV patients into the LYNX app while working directly at healthcare sites.
- Meet daily targets for patient record capture or updates as agreed with your supervisor.
- Track daily work progress to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Assist with data cleaning, preparing daily Blitz Reports, and fixing errors in records.
- Attend training sessions to improve data entry skills and stay updated on healthcare programs.
- Support other team members during absences, including assisting with Monitoring and Evaluation tasks.
- Help prepare reports for government programs like PEPFAR and the Department of Health.

What you need:
- Completed Matric (Grade 12).
- Post-matric certificate in computer skills (Microsoft Excel experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HIV/AIDS.
- Strong English skills for clear communication.
- At least 1 year of experience with data entry on Tier.Net, aligned with Department of Health goals and SOPs.
