What the job is
You will be the General Manager of Ditholo Game Lodge in Bela-Bela, Limpopo. Your job is to make sure the lodge runs smoothly and guests have a great stay. You will lead a team and work in a beautiful bushveld setting.

What you will do
- Run the lodge every day, including guest services, food and drinks, cleaning, and repairs.
- Make plans to keep guests happy and the lodge full.
- Build good relationships with guests and give them excellent service.
- Manage money, budgets, and reports to keep the lodge profitable.
- Hire, train, and support staff to work well together.
- Work with local suppliers and partners to improve the lodge.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental rules.

What you need
- Experience managing a hotel, lodge, or similar place, especially in luxury or eco-tourism.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate a team.
- Good communication skills to talk to guests and staff.
- Experience with budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of wildlife conservation and love for sustainable tourism.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changes.
