Front Desk Assistant - Mthatha

Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring all products are stocked, displayed correctly, and not expired - Processing sales (cash, cards, vouchers, coupons) and managing returns - Handling customer inquiries about products and reporting issues - Organizing the storeroom and assisting with stock counts - Maintaining store cleanliness and following health/safety rules - Assisting with stock loading/unloading and wearing required uniform

Requirements: - Matric (Grade 12) or Senior Certificate - Basic math skills and clear communication - Ability to work independently or seek help when needed - Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) or SAP knowledge is a plus - South African citizenship with clean criminal record and good credit - Valid driver's license and reliable transport - Availability for retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
