**Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and coordinate vehicle routes and delivery schedules daily. - Track vehicles using GPS and fleet management systems. - Maintain detailed records of fleet activities (trip sheets, driver logs, maintenance reports). - Monitor fuel usage, vehicle expenses, and utilization efficiency. - Arrange regular servicing, repairs, and maintenance. - Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and sales. - Investigate and report risks to management. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
