**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and coordinate vehicle routes and delivery schedules daily.
- Track vehicles using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Maintain detailed records of fleet activities (trip sheets, driver logs, maintenance reports).
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle expenses, and utilization efficiency.
- Arrange regular servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and sales.
- Investigate and report risks to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Requirements:**
- Matric (National Senior Certificate) required.
- Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet/logistics management (FMCG/high-volume distribution preferred).
- Proficiency in fleet management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
