What the job is

This is a job for a Financial Wellness Consultant at Bayport Financial Services, a company based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The role is permanent and involves helping the company grow by providing excellent customer service and selling financial products to clients.

What you will do

You will help customers understand their financial needs and explain the features and benefits of Bayport’s products. You will follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied and build strong, long-term relationships with them. Your main goal will be to sell financial products while delivering high-quality service to every customer. You will also contribute to the company’s growth and profitability by meeting sales targets and maintaining good customer relations.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification. You need at least 2 years of experience working in the financial industry and 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. It is preferred if you have a post-Matric qualification or equivalent. Knowledge of financial regulations, such as the Regulatory Examination and FAIS Compliance, is also desired.
