What you will do
- Find and develop fashion accessories, gifts, and beauty products.
- Create product ranges that sell well in different stores.
- Work with suppliers to agree on prices, order amounts, and delivery times.
- Track how products are selling and decide when to reorder or discount them.
- Design product drawings and packaging using Adobe Illustrator.
- Make marketing materials like catalogues and lookbooks.
- Keep the brand look the same across all products.
- Research fashion trends and what competitors are doing.
- Create mood boards and colour ideas for new products.
- Present new product ideas to managers.

What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in fashion buying or product development.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of fashion trends for mass-market stores.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers and managing import costs and timelines.
- Strong planning, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good with Microsoft Excel for budgets and tracking orders.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, analytical, and business-minded.
- Able to adapt quickly to changes in trends and business needs.
