What you need
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or something similar.
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in building maintenance, especially with air conditioning, electricity, and fire safety.
- Experience using computer systems for maintenance tracking.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Good at negotiating with vendors.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
