What you will do
- Oversee daily maintenance of building systems like air conditioning, electricity, and fire safety.
- Approve emergency repairs and hire contractors when needed.
- Stop unsafe work or equipment use on site.
- Plan work schedules for technicians and engineers.
- Order parts and supplies for repairs.
- Check and approve completed maintenance work.
- Make sure all work follows safety and legal rules.
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors.

What you need
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.
- Good communication with clients.
- Attention to detail, especially for safety and reports.
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, electrical systems, fire safety, and building management systems.
- Experience using maintenance software.
- Understanding of local building and safety laws.

- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in real estate or facilities management.
