What the job is
We are a leading company in commercial real estate and facilities management. We help businesses manage their buildings and services in Egypt, including the 10th of Ramadan, Al Shorouk, and Al Obour areas. This job is for a Facility and MEP Engineer who will take care of building systems like electricity, air conditioning, and safety equipment.

What you will do
- Manage and maintain building systems such as air conditioning, electricity, and fire safety.
- Handle repairs and small projects in the buildings.
- Monitor energy use and find ways to save energy.
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Work with a team to fix problems and complete tasks.
- Use computer systems to track maintenance and repairs.
- Make sure all work follows safety rules and laws.
- Check and approve invoices for services and projects.
- Train and guide the maintenance team.
- Keep records of all safety checks and inspections.
- Test air quality, water, noise levels, and other environmental factors to meet standards.
- Help with emergency plans and drills.

What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar job.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of building systems and safety rules.
- Experience with computer programs like Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage budgets and projects.
- Leadership skills to handle emergencies and pressure.
