The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations. Key responsibilities include advising management on labor practices, representing the company at CCMA proceedings, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, an Advanced Certificate in Labor Law or LLM in Labor Law, and at least 10 years of experience in employee relations with 2+ years in management. A valid Code B driver’s license is required.
