Key responsibilities include advising management on labor practices, representing the company at CCMA proceedings, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. The ideal candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, an Advanced Certificate in Labor Law or LLM in Labor Law, and at least 10 years of experience in employee relations with 2+ years in management. A valid Code B driver’s license is required.
