Documentation Team Lead

This is a full-time position for a Documentation Team Lead at Airflo, a company in the freight and shipping industry based in Nairobi. You will manage a team handling all documentation related to cargo shipments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include planning team schedules, processing HAWBs, ULDs, E-DOCs, DDTs, SFDs, HCDs, C17 forms, PHYTOs, COEs, and more. You will work with Operations to confirm deliveries, check inspection statuses, and prioritize tasks. Oversee document accuracy from cargo acceptance to MAWB generation, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. Organize documents by market, compare shipment numbers with CargoWise, and improve document return efficiency. Ensure compliance with archiving and records management.
