Documentation Coordinator

This role involves handling booking confirmations, shipment registrations, and key documents like MAWB, HAWB, bills of lading, and manifests. Responsibilities include managing export entries, permits, and document handover to relevant teams. The role also involves leading a team, tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Customer Service, airlines, and government bodies. Key tasks include customs declarations, Health Certificates (HCDs), C17 forms, phytosanitary certificates, and certificates of origin. The position requires strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili, a degree in Export Documentation or related field, and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software like CargoWise is required. The role offers a permanent full-time position with opportunities for growth in a dynamic logistics environment.
