What you will do

You will greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression. You will take customer orders accurately, whether in person, through the drive-thru, or for online pickups. You will present food and drinks neatly, correctly, and on time, ensuring orders match receipts and special requests. You will maintain cleanliness in the counter, dining area, and presentation stations. You will follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times. You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and resolve minor customer concerns politely. You will also restock items such as cups, lids, sauces, and napkins.

What you need

You need strong communication and customer service skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage your time well, and multitask effectively. Teamwork, cooperation, and basic cash-handling skills are important. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. You must also be able to work independently and maintain good personal hygiene and professionalism.
