This job is for a Construction Manager based in the Western Cape. A client of Hire Resolve is looking for someone with strong experience in construction to help manage their projects. The role is located in Cape Town, and you will be responsible for overseeing construction work in the area.

As a Construction Manager, you will lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your role will also involve planning and organizing work schedules, monitoring progress, and solving problems during commercial renovation projects.

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial renovation projects.
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher qualification.
- Comfortable with travel across the Western Cape.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
