This job is for a Compensation and Benefits Manager at SACAA, based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on designing, managing, and overseeing the company’s salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits to ensure they are fair, competitive, and legally compliant. Responsibilities include managing payroll systems, maintaining employee records, developing salary structures, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF level 7), preferably with an Honours degree (NQF level 8), and at least 7 years of experience in payroll and employee benefits, including 5 years of management experience. Familiarity with SAGE Payroll software and remuneration training is required.
