Responsibilities include managing payroll systems, maintaining employee records, developing salary structures, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF level 7), preferably with an Honours degree (NQF level 8), and at least 7 years of experience in payroll and employee benefits, including 5 years of management experience. Familiarity with SAGE Payroll software and remuneration training is required.
