What you need: Minimum Matric (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification. Preferred 1-3 years of insurance experience, especially with accidental damage, third-party liability, or recoveries. Strong communication, negotiation, and investigative skills. Comfortable with calls and working under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
