This job is for a CCTV and Alarm Technician working with Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems like alarms and CCTV cameras for businesses and customers. You will be part of the Fidelity ADT team, which provides security solutions across the Western Cape.

What you will do:
- Install alarm systems according to customer quotes and specifications, including wiring, programming alarm panels, and ensuring correct functionality before handover.
- Provide on-site quotes for additional equipment during installations.
- Plan cable runs with the wireman and obtain customer codes before attending calls.
- Complete handovers, invoices, and job cards accurately, providing feedback to managers.
- Download job sites daily, maintain stock, assist with stock takes, and manage the company vehicle.
- Submit petrol slips weekly and work standby shifts when required.

What you need:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an alarm technician.
- Valid driver’s license and PSIRA Grade C registration.
- Experience with alarm systems (DSC, FBI, CADDX, IDS, Paradox) and knowledge of CCTV, intercom, and access control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly.
