This job is for a Cash in Transit (CIT) Driver at Fidelity Services Group, based in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work at the Parow branch and be responsible for safely transporting money for clients. This is a permanent position with a focus on security and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver clients’ money to and from secure locations
- Maintain constant radio contact with controllers and report delays/suspicious activity
- Ensure all money is accounted for and complete vehicle audits/checklists after every trip
- Document accidents/incidents properly and drive safely at all times
- Prevent incidents and report issues to management immediately

Requirements:
- Clean criminal record and valid CIT certificate
- PSIRA accreditation with Grade C qualification
- Valid driver’s license (Code C1+) and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Firearm competency certificate (handgun for business)
- Minimum 2 years security industry experience (preferred)
- Physical fitness, ability to work under pressure, and overtime availability
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and attention to detail
